Operating Principles
Rotary clamped cleaning balls are used in the beverage industry to simplify the interior cleaning of tanks and piping.
A fermentation or brite tank can be showered with high-velocity water and/or chemicals on the interior,causing a sheeting
action down the vessel walls removing residues and sanitizing the tank.CIP spray balls are not only faster, but significantly
safer for workers by removing the need for hand scrubbing and exposure to cleaning agents.
The spray cleaning ball is clamped to the top or the bottom of a hygienic tank.
The cleaning fluid is sprayed through holes of the ball cleaning nozzle,then injected strongly to the inside of a hygienic
tank, to remove the remainings and keep the tank clean.The spary cleaning balls are generally used in sanitary industries,
such as food-processing, beverage, beer, pharmacy, wine, comestics, and so on.
