Operating Principles
The sanitary check valve is a universal one-way fluid valve. It is light in weight, small in size, and easy to install between flanges.
The inside of the valve is composed of two semicircular springs and a plate surface.
The spring is fixed on the valve body with a pin to close the valve plate and the fluid pressure opens the spring.
The deformation is very fast, which can protect the pipeline from water hammer damage.
The check valves used in beer, beverage, dairy, fruit juice, pharmacy, bioengineering and other fields.

Opening pressure: 0.3bar (DN25) 0.2bar (DN32-40) 0.1bar (DN50-100). The opening pressure can be set as customers require.
Working temperature: 14 ~ 248°F (-10 ~ 120°C), EPDM

Materials: AISI-304 or AISI-316L
Standard Gasket Material: EPDM, Silicon, Viton or on request
