DIN Hygienic three way U-Type Diaphragm Valve

The diaphragm seal the body and seat, can't touch the outside environment, so diaphragm valve is suitbale for aseptic process. When Valve closed, the pressure press the valve to seal, then the pressure board moves down to the centre of the body.

Operating Principles

The diaphragm valves can be operated automatically through actuator or manually with the handwheel.

The handwheel blocks the valve in the "open" or "closed"position, certainly there are the other position available.

The closing and opening of the actuator is realized by the pressure from the pipeline acting on the reinforced rubber diaphragm.

The diaphragm valves used in beer, beverage, dairy, fruit juice, pharmacy, bioengineering and other fields.
