316L Sanitary Stainless Steel Tri Clamp Union Ferrule

Our 316L stainless steel sanitary Tri Clamp Union consists of two matching ferrules, a silicone/EPDM gasket and a tri-clamp fastener. All wetted surfaces are mirror polished with no dead corners to prevent liquid residue and bacterial buildup, fully meeting 3-A and ASME BPE sanitary standards.
It allows quick tool-free disassembly for convenient CIP and SIP cleaning, greatly simplifying pipeline inspection and maintenance. Available in multiple standard sizes, this tri clamp union delivers tight leak-proof connections, widely used in dairy, beverage, brewing, pharmaceutical and cosmetic hygienic pipeline systems.
